Welcome to Municipal Mentor Group. By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms:

Use of Services

  • Courses are provided for educational and professional development purposes.

  • When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own use.

  • Do not share logins or course files.

  • Group or organizational licenses must be purchased for multi-user access. Seat management is handled by the purchasing organization.

Payments and Access

  • All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted.

  • Individual licenses are for single users. Group/organizational licenses must be managed by the purchasing company.

  • Payments are processed by Thinkific’s payment partners. We do not store full card numbers.

Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, scripts, and content remain the property of Municipal Mentor Group.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works without written permission.

Acceptable Use:

You agree not to:

  • Share or resell access, bypass security, or attempt to interfere with the platform.

  • Upload or post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

  • Scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to copy contents.

Platform Providers

Our courses run on Thinkific. Thinkific and other vendors such as payment processors act as our service providers.

Disclaimer

  • Our courses are based on real-world municipal experience but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • We are not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on course material.

  • Courses are for education and professional development. They are not legal, financial, or HR advice.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

  • Services are provided “as is,” subject to maintenance and availability limit.

Termination:

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users, content, or systems.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, unless a different law is required where you live.
